The solar industry, once driven by quality engineering and long-term value, is
turning into a š¬ššš³š¢ market!
Some EPCs are cutting corners on quality to maintain profits. Others are
slashing both profits and quality just to win orders. And now, companies with
zero technical background are flooding the market, undercutting prices and
delivering low quality projects
šš”ššāš¬ šš”š š«šš¬š®š„š?
ā¢šš”šØš«š-ššš«š¦ š šš¢š§š¬, š„šØš§š -ššš«š¦ š„šØš¬š¬šš¬: Poor quality installations mean higher O&M
costs and underperformance.
ā¢šš«šØšš¢š§š šš«š®š¬š š¢š§ š¬šØš„šš«: Customers lose faith when they see systems failing
prematurely.
ā¢ššš«š¤šš š¬š®š¬ššš¢š§ššš¢š„š¢šš² šš š«š¢š¬š¤: Genuine EPCs are forced to either compete on
unrealistic margins or exit.
The real question is: šš”šš«š ššØšš¬ šš”š¢š¬ š„ššš? If this trend continues, the industry
will struggle with unreliable systems, failed projects, and a damaged reputation,
hindering the very growth we are working towards.
šš”š ššØšš®š¬ š¬š”šØš®š„š šš šØš§ š¬š®š¬ššš¢š§ššš„š š©š«š¢šš¢š§š šš§š š„šØš§š -ššš«š¦ šŖš®šš„š¢šš², not just a race to
the lowest bid. Because in the end, focus on cheap solar today could cost us all
tomorrow.
